Vacation means different things to different people. For some, the ebb and flow of life on a working farm is the perfect getaway from life’s daily battles. In 2009, we added a Bed and Breakfast to the farm for those more interested in learning than layovers. Depending on the time of year, you can take part in the miking, spring lambing or even making cheese. And regardless of how motivated you are to put on your boots and get to work, you will come away with an incredible sense of what it takes for your food to go from ’farm-to-table’ in a truly sustainable environment. Sipping coffee of the back porch gazing over the pastures, you will be taken back by nature’s beauty and truly come to understand the connection among the land, the animals and the distinctive terroir of the cheese we craft. Where We’re Located
Two and a half hours West of Madison, perched on top a high beautiful ridge, at the end of a winding road, you’ll find our farm.
Amenities
Connected to the main house, the Bed and Breakfast features dual entrances, its own bathroom, a small kitchen, and a back porch which looks over the pastures. It’s a comfortable space, in a nice, gentle place, to relax and unwind.
